Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your DealNebu subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Here's what you need to know about cancellations:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to all features until the end of your paid period
  • No cancellation fees apply
  • Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation

2. Refund Policy

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:

  • Full refund available within 30 days of initial subscription
  • Applies to first-time subscribers only
  • No questions asked policy
  • Refund processed within 5-10 business days

2.2 Pro-rated Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may provide pro-rated refunds:

  • Service outages exceeding our SLA commitments
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Account downgrades (credit applied to future billing)
  • Exceptional circumstances at our discretion

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Custom development or integration services
  • Training and consulting services already delivered
  • Data migration services
  • Third-party add-on services
  • Setup fees (where applicable)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@dealnebu.com
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Specify the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any relevant documentation
  5. Allow 2-3 business days for review

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Processing Time

  • Refund approval: 2-3 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 3-7 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit card charges are reversed
  • Bank transfers are returned to the source account
  • Alternative methods may be used if original method is unavailable

6. Subscription Changes

6.1 Upgrades

  • Immediate access to new features
  • Pro-rated billing for the remainder of the current period
  • New billing cycle starts on upgrade date

6.2 Downgrades

  • Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Account credit applied for unused portion
  • Feature access adjusted accordingly
  • Data export available before downgrade

7. Failed Payments and Account Suspension

If payment fails:

  • We'll attempt to process payment 3 times over 10 days
  • Email notifications sent for each failed attempt
  • Account suspended after final failed attempt
  • 30-day grace period to update payment information
  • Account and data deleted after grace period expires

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We'll provide documentation to your bank/card issuer
  • Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues
  • Chargeback fees may be passed on to you

9. Data Export and Retention

Upon cancellation:

  • You can export your data for 30 days after cancellation
  • Data export available in standard formats (CSV, JSON)
  • All data permanently deleted after 30-day retention period
  • Backup copies removed from our systems
  • Re-activation possible within retention period

10. Enterprise and Custom Agreements

For enterprise customers with custom agreements:

  • Cancellation terms may differ from standard policy
  • Refer to your signed agreement for specific terms
  • Contact your account manager for assistance
  • Custom refund terms may apply

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations
  • Internet service provider issues
  • Third-party service failures
  • Cyber attacks or security breaches

12. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time:

  • Changes will be posted on our website
  • Email notification for material changes
  • 30-day notice period for significant changes
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
